The arrival date of each pre-sale product is different, please read the arrival details of the pre-sale products carefully.
For orders with a total amount of HKD $800 after full discounts, SENU will provide a free local delivery service (sent by SF / Zebra / registered post office).
If the specified amount is less than the specified amount, the goods will be delivered by SF Express (the customer pays the freight).
The total amount of the order is HKD $1500 after the full discount, and the order contains spot and pre-ordered goods, SENU will provide two free delivery services (by SF / Zebra / registered post office).
All spot goods in the order will be arranged for delivery within one week. In addition, if the order contains two or more pre-ordered items, they will be dispatched on the last arrival date. Handmade products take time to make, so it is worth waiting patiently. If the customer wants each item to be shipped immediately when the ordered item arrives, please Whatsapp the customer service for special treatment.
Although SENU will closely follow up all orders of customers, if the special accessories of the craftsman are out of stock, it may take additional production time, so the waiting time may be extended. At that time, the customer will be notified in advance of the extended day of the order, and the customer can choose to continue waiting / Transfer to other accessories/ Transfer money. If the expected delivery date is delayed by up to 1 month, the customer has the option of a refund.
