The actual product should be considered as final. Any color discrepancies that do not meet the customer's expectations will not be considered as quality issues or defects.
- Each item is handmade and may vary in actual size, color and style. If you can accept this policy, please proceed with your order, or shop in-stock items at our physical store.
- All products are measured by hand, and there may be slight discrepancies in size.
- Our physical store only provides pick-up services. For any inquiries about online orders, please contact us through Facebook Messenger. (Store staff are not able to provide any information about online orders)
- The operation of this online store is independent of our physical store. All orders through this online store will be dispatched directly from the warehouse. For any inquiries about online orders, please contact us through WhatsApp at 6379 2828. (Store staff are not able to provide any information about online orders)
- We do not offer exchange of products and/ or return products services. If you can accept this policy, please proceed with your order, or shop at one of our physical stores.

In-stock items:
> Items will be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after order is confirmed and payment is received.
Pre-order items:
> The arrival time of each item may vary, please refer to the pre-order need time on the product page for details.
> The arrival time of individual products may vary depending on the actual situation.
> If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together with the pre-order items.
> If the items are out of stock or discontinued during the waiting period, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and offer a replacement or refund. If the total amount of the order does not reach the free shipping due to out-of-stock items, additional shipping fees will be charged.
- Shipment tracking
> After the order is shipped, we will notify you by email, including the tracking number for the shipment. If necessary, you can contact the corresponding delivery company directly to track the shipment.
> Local orders will be shipped by SF-express. The parcel will be delivered within approximately 1 to 3 working days after shipment under normal situation. Orders from remote areas may take an additional 1 to 2 working days to arrive.
> Orders from Taiwan and Macau will be shipped by SF-express. The parcel will be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 working days after shipment under normal situation.
> Overseas orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office. The parcel will be delivered within approximately 7-14 working days after shipment under normal situation. (Customs clearance time is not included in the expected delivery working days.)

> All online orders will be stored for free for 30 days at physical stores from the time the customer of receives the “arrived” notification. After 30 days, each order will be charged $10 per day.
- Delivery：
> Single net purchase over HK$800, you can enjoy free SF express delivery.
> The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over HK$600. (The shipping fee charged HK$30)

- Taiwan Order:
> Single net purchase over HK$1500, you can enjoy free SF express delivery.
> The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$1500. (The shipping fee charged HK$70)
> The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$1500. (The shipping fee charged HK$70)
- Macau Order:
>Single net purchase over HK$1200, you can enjoy free SF express delivery.
>The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$1200. (The shipping fee charged HK$50)
- Overseas Order:
- All overseas orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office.
- Single net purchase over HK$3000, you can enjoy free shipping.
- The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order does not purchase over the net amount of HK$3000.

> The United Kingdom: HK$295
> Singapore: HK$200
